A recognized and award-winning industry leader, over the last 30 years Scott has led teams in the design, production, and execution of hundreds of large-scale B2B and B2C brand experiences in over 40 countries, for dozens of the world’s leading brands. Under his leadership [INVNT Group] has redefined the way organizations communicate to their audiences, effectively changing the way they think, feel behave and perform.
Kristina entered the world of brand experience in her twenties and excelled at her craft, quickly rising up the ranks to become an Executive Producer by the late 1990s. Along with overseeing operations at [INVNT Group], she manages some of INVNT’s largest accounts and longest-standing clients. Kristina is a pro-active mentor and dedicates much of her time to nurturing the next generation of talent within the group.
Paul joined INVNT in 2011 and built the group’s now 40+ person creative department from the ground up, hand picking the best talent from around the world. He leads the group’s strategic practice and oversees the output of its creative product globally. He guides the creative process from conceptual development through to final implementation, and has spent 16 years in the entertainment and marketing communications industries.
Wolf is responsible for every aspect of the fiscal policy at [INVNT Group], from overseeing all day-to-day financial matters, to mergers and acquisitions, and charting the company’s financial strategies. Wolf has significant experience in high-growth international, technology, media and advertising companies.
Jerry leads the account services team at [INVNT Group], ensuring clients receive the highest level of service day in, day out. He is an experienced producer, communicator and marketer whose portfolio includes global motor shows, motor sports and lifestyle events set in the world’s most influential arenas.
John has been running marcomms agencies of all sizes and disciplines for over 40 years, with stints at Cogent, Publicis, WPP & Sandom Group. At WPP he was the founding global COO for Red Cell Network, which was designed to cater for the specific needs of challenger brands. John now also manages a portfolio of non-executive roles within selected, specialist marcomms agencies and is an FRSA and business leader at the UK Marketing Society.
Laura is one of INVNT’s first employees, having joined the business in 2008 when the agency was founded in New York. She re-joined INVNT as Managing Director, APAC in October 2017 to launch INVNT’s award-winning Sydney office. In her role as Managing Director of the GROUP’s APAC operations she oversees all offerings within the portfolio, ensuring the development of compelling and consistent BrandStory across one or a combination of platforms.
Claudia has more than 20 years’ industry experience, over which she has worked with clients across sectors including tech, gaming, HR and healthcare, and led cross-functional teams in the ideation and implementation of award-winning integrated marketing campaigns. A US native who has resided in the UK for the last nine years, she has a particular knack for supporting clients seeking to seamlessly launch their campaigns in new markets.
Joining INVNT soon after its launch in 2008, Jim has played an integral role in ensuring the agency’s smooth and successful growth. He formed and led the development of the Implementation Department. Today Jim continues to streamline key processes and procedures and implement impactful workflows for employees and vendors, by ensuring the smooth introduction and uptake of valuable systems, programs and technologies that enhance how the company does business on a global scale. Jim holds a Bachelor of Music degree in Composition from the prestigious Berklee College of Music in Boston Massachusetts.
Mike has been in the brand communications industry for over 20 years and joined INVNT in its formative years. He has an extensive background in event production, brand strategy, client relations, and manages the global production team at [INVNT GROUP]. He has a passion for hiring and training the best and brightest team members, focusing on empowerment and mentorship for the future rock stars in our industry. A graduate of UNC Chapel Hill, Mike lives upstate and in NYC when he’s not traveling around the world on behalf of [IG].
Scott is an industry veteran, with a 20+ year background in experiential marketing, live corporate event communications, creative design, and digital media, over which he’s developed successful relationships with many of the world’s largest brands. Today he leads the GROUP’s global business development team, who work across the entire portfolio and are strategically based in five countries on four continents.
Leaning on her more than 25 years’ experience in event strategy and program design, Sarah specializes in working with leading universities and colleges. She helps them share their mission and purpose and mobilize entire communities in the process through the design and production of events including campaign launches, regional tours, centennial and sesquicentennial celebrations, and presidential transitions. Sarah co-founded boutique event design and production firm, Educe with INVNT Higher Ed’s JoAnn Peroutka in 2013 to focus on higher education, which was later sold in 2020.
Laura is dedicated to constantly fine tuning the people strategy at [INVNT Group], ensuring our high-performance culture – one where employees can continuously grow and thrive – is upheld. For over 10 years she has managed payroll, benefit administration, recruitment, performance management, employee relations and more for a range of high-profile NYC-based organizations.
Michael is responsible for the legal strategy at [INVNT GROUP]. Michael is an astute attorney with specialization across multiple functions including contracts, intellectual property and media and entertainment. With deep roots in the entertainment industry, Michael’s overall goal is to rethink business and partner to create innovative legal solutions. Michael earned his bachelor’s degree from Howard University and his juris doctorate from William & Mary Law School. He is admitted to practice in California, New York, and the District of Columbia.
